OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We are committed to providing you with high quality products such as nutritional supplements that are not available in health food stores. If there is any
problem with your order, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it to your satisfaction. We will never give information about you, such as your email
address, to an outside source.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You and your health care providers are solely responsible for choosing the products that are best for you. We do not offer medical advice about your particular
needs. Please educate yourself about nutrition; manufacturers' information about supplements has not been independently verified. Supplements can have side
effects or other negative consequences if they are not used skillfully, especially if your body is sensitive or you are not in good health. In order to take the best
possible care of yourself, please always consult with a licensed health care professional about your nutritional program.
PRICING
All charges are in U.S. dollars. Prices listed do not include state taxes for California residents, and these will
be added at check out.
TERMS
Orders require an authorized payment through MasterCard or Visa; the name on the credit card must match the name on the shipping address. We need to have
your email address in order to confirm your order, and your phone number in case there is any problem with shipping; as noted above, we will never sell that
information.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Our partner in fulfilling your order is The Healthy Hotline (THH). Nonetheless, all orders must be placed through this website, not by contacting THH
directly. We recommend that you print your order upon completion so you have a record of it; you can use the print button at the bottom of the confirmation
page in the shopping cart.
If you leave the Family Store section of our website before completing your order, your shopping cart will be automatically emptied, so you may
want to complete your order while you're in the Family Store.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
To see the manufacturer's information about a product, simply click on it in your shopping cart. If you have further questions, you can contact The Healthy
Hotline for a brief answer; call 800/603-0339 (8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, Pacific Standard Time, USA) and identify yourself as a
NurtureMom.com customer. For additional information, please consult with your local licensed health care professional.
SHIPPING
THH usually ships by UPS ground. NurtureMom will pay for your shipping for orders over $150. Shipping charges for orders under $150 are based on the
amount of purchase; please see the shipping chart at the bottom of the page when you go to checkout. (UPS 2nd Day Air is used for accounts outside UPS's regular
2 day ground delivery service, with a shipping charge of $8).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders to addresses in Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom have the shipping charges indicated during check out. We will contact you about the costs
of shipping to other countries; your order will not be confirmed (nor your credit card charged) until you have agreed to those shipping costs.
NurtureMom is not liable for delays or losses due to customs or import taxes.
RETURNED GOODS
Because of the time-sensitive nature of nutritional supplements, we cannot accept product returns unless you received a product that was damaged or defective.
In that case, please email us immediately at info@nurturemom.com with this information: the order number on the confirmation of your order that we emailed
to you, the name of the damaged or defective product, and the nature of the damage or defect. We will then contact you with a plan to resolve the problem.
Please do not return any products to us until we have contacted you with a proposed plan. * * *
